February 2020, the French Red Cross received, in our workshops, 2 mobile medical units for St Martin and Guadeloupe with our partner Martinique Automobiles.
March 2020, satisfied with these 2 mobile clinics, the Red Cross ordered us a 3rd mobile medical center for French Guyana this time.
July 2020, reception of the medical truck by French Guyana Territorial Direction in our workshops.
January 2021, implementation of this mobile clinic.
April 2021, perfectly flexible, it also supports the vaccination against Covid-19.
Manufactured in less than 5 months, Toutenkamion teams have been strongly mobilized to participate in the implementation of all sanitary means in the fight against Covid-19.
This mobile medical practice consists in:
- a first space for reception, patient registration and medical office
For this 3rd medical truck and at the request of the customer, Toutenkamion found solutions to offer the reception office complementary and necessary functions such as vaccination and tests.
This furniture - manufactured by us - can be easily adapted to the different functions in a few seconds. The addition of a curtain preserves patients'privacy.
This screening area is also equipped with a GeneXpert IV to deliver results as soon as possible.
- a second area reserved for consultations, medical samples and in particular gynaecological samples.
This unit is built on a Renault Trucks Maxity 3.5T chassis adapted to the road profile of these territories.
This small medical truck, much awaited in French Guyana, is appreciated by the Red Cross teams to reinforce their daily actions in the service of the most vulnerable people.
